The Human Resources Development Service of Korea held an ‘Innovation Management Performance Sharing Event’ with employees and the labor union.
The event aimed to promote the establishment of an innovation culture throughout the organization and shared various excellent management innovation cases.
Chairman Lee Woo-young stated that they will continue to strive for AI-based innovation and service changes that the public can feel.

The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled held a training performance sharing event on December 16.
Participants shared training operation results and discussed ways to enhance training effectiveness.
Awards were given in three categories: best practices, training methods and materials, and employment success stories.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor announced the adjustment of the employer contribution rate for the Wage Claim Guarantee Fund from 0.06% to 0.09%, effective next year.
This adjustment is the first in 10 years since 2015, decided through labor-management agreement.
The adjustment was made to secure funds needed to protect workers with unpaid wages.

‘2025 Data and Internet Resource Sharing (Cloud) Promotion Week’ will be held at COEX from December 16 to 19.
During the event, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) will be signed between related organizations to advance into the top three AI countries.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety announced the plan to expand ‘Sunlight Income Villages’ nationwide at the Cabinet meeting.

Saemangeum Development Agency held a briefing session on the secondary battery brine wastewater treatment technology development project.
The project is promoted by the Ministry of Climate Energy Environment and will invest a total of 37 billion KRW from 2026 to 2030.
Saemangeum Development Agency plans to support the efficient consortium by establishing cooperation systems between research institutions and companies.
