The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission of Korea conducted corruption impact assessments on 1,357 laws in 2023.
Recommendations for improvement were made for 247 corruption risk factors across 122 laws, focusing on transparency and fairness.
The evaluation covered central administrative agencies and will continue to target laws affecting citizens’ rights and daily life.
