South Korea and the Philippines have signed a veterans cooperation MOU during President Lee Jae-myung’s state visit.
The agreement aims to enhance recognition and support for Filipino Korean War veterans and their families.
Implementation and expanded exchanges are set to begin following the March 2026 visit.
