[2026-04-05]Korea-France MOU Strengthens Veteran Honors and International Memorial Cooperation
South Korea and France have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand cooperation in veteran honors and memorial activities.
The agreement builds on previous collaboration, focusing on record sharing, veteran recognition, and educational exchanges.
The MOU was signed on April 2, 2024, during the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Chipyong-ni.
