[2026-04-05]Korea Revises Building Sale Contract Law to Strengthen Buyer Protections
Korea’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is revising the Building Sale Act Enforcement Decree.
The changes aim to reduce unnecessary contract cancellation disputes and improve contract stability for buyers.
The draft amendment is open for public comment for 40 days starting July 3, 2024.
