[2026-04-13]New Restrictions on Onnuri Gift Certificate Use for Small Businesses in Korea
Korea is revising the Onnuri Gift Certificate program to better support small merchants.
New rules restrict usage to businesses with annual sales under 3 billion KRW and add stricter registration requirements.
The changes are set for legislative notice from April 13 to May 8, 2024, and implementation from June 17, 2024.
