The government plans to distribute approximately 10,000 advanced GPUs to industry, academia, and research sectors starting February next year to support national AI innovation.
This allocation includes 8,160 NVIDIA B200 and 2,296 H200 GPUs, with Naver Cloud, Kakao, and NHN Cloud selected as participating companies.
The government aims to secure over 52,000 GPUs by 2028, alongside building a national AI computing center and supercomputer No. 6.

The government announced the ‘Comprehensive Strategy for Becoming a Top 4 Global Venture Powerhouse,’ targeting 10,000 AI and deep-tech startups and 50 unicorns by 2030.
