[2026-02-04]South Korea Expands Elementary Care with On-Dongne Policy and After-School Support
South Korea has introduced the On-Dongne Elementary Care and Education policy to improve school and community collaboration for student care.
The policy provides targeted after-school support, including a 500,000 KRW annual voucher for third graders.
Implementation began in 2024, with expanded measures and funding planned through 2026.
