[2026-03-31]South Korea Raises Construction Worker Retirement Fund to Improve Welfare
South Korea has raised the daily retirement fund for construction day laborers.
The fund increases from KRW 6,500 to 8,700 to enhance worker welfare.
The new rate applies to construction projects bidding after April 1, 2024.
