[2026-01-25]K-Culture Tourism Festivals: Expanded Support for 2026–2027 Global Events
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has selected 27 tourism festivals for 2026–2027.
Government funding per festival increased to 40 million KRW, and the overall budget rose from 6.5 to 10.4 billion KRW, focusing on global festivals.
These initiatives aim to boost regional tourism and attract both domestic and international visitors through K-Culture experiences.
