South Korea has released its 4th Comprehensive Basic Plan for International Development Cooperation covering 2026–2030.
The plan emphasizes innovation, transparency, and strategic partnerships to enhance ODA effectiveness.
The strategy was approved at the 56th International Development Cooperation Committee meeting on February 26, 2026.
