[2026-03-13]South Korea Expands Citizen Counselors to Address Repetitive and Unusual Civil Complaints
South Korea’s Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission has expanded its citizen counselor program to address repetitive and unusual civil complaints.
The number of counselors has increased fourfold, aiming to provide tailored support and reduce administrative burden.
The new appointments were formalized on June 13, 2024, at the Sejong Government Complex.
