The Public Procurement Service held a meeting at the Government Complex Daejeon to discuss developing evaluation indicators and improving methods for AI project proposals.
The meeting aimed to address the need for evaluation criteria that suit the unique characteristics of AI projects.
Based on the opinions gathered, PPS plans to improve the evaluation standards and methods for AI projects next year.

[2025-12-16]IFANS Releases 2026 International Situation Outlook

The Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security annually publishes the ‘International Situation Outlook’ to evaluate and forecast the international situation for the upcoming year.
The 2026 outlook consists of four chapters: the Korean Peninsula situation, major countries’ situations, regional situations, and global issues and governance.
This outlook will be posted on the IFANS website and distributed to major government agencies, universities, research institutions, and media outlets.

[2025-12-16]KFTC to Hold 22nd Cartel Business Briefing

The Korea Fair Trade Commission will hold the 22nd Cartel Business Briefing to raise awareness and encourage prevention of unfair joint actions by companies and business associations.
The briefing will be held on December 16 at 2 PM in the conference room of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, introducing cartel-related laws, systems, case decisions, and major precedents, while listening to industry concerns.
Cartels disrupt market economy by unfairly transferring wealth from victims to perpetrators, often involving illegal price hikes or output control, making this briefing significant.
