[2025-12-16]Forest Service Operates Agricultural Waste Collection and Crushing Support Team
The Central Regional Forest Service is operating a ‘visiting agricultural waste collection and crushing support team’ to reduce wildfire risks and ease the burden on farmers.
This project is promoted in cooperation with the Forest Service, Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and local governments, and aims to reduce wildfires caused by burning agricultural waste during spring preparation and autumn harvest seasons.
The Central Regional Forest Service expects this support project to contribute to wildfire prevention, reduction of fine dust, and carbon neutrality.
