The Broadcast Media Commission will strengthen its response to fake news and online illegal activities to create a safer media environment.
Plans include improving laws and systems, enhancing public-private cooperation, and educating users to minimize the social harm caused by online fake news.
Additionally, measures such as establishing a transparency center, promoting fact-checking, and preventing illegal spam will be implemented to create a safer digital environment.

The Ministry of Science and ICT aims to develop an independent AI foundation model that ranks in the world’s top 10 by next year.
The ministry also plans to promote AI Co-Scientist, K-Moonshot projects, and strategic technologies such as bio and quantum.
Four major strategies and twelve key tasks have been prepared to produce tangible changes and results that the public can feel by the first half of next year.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Busan Metropolitan City announced the selection of 7,318 households in Hwamyeong-Gumgok and Haeundae districts for urban renewal.
This is the first case of urban renewal in provincial areas following the selection of 37,000 households in five first-phase new towns last year.
The Ministry plans to establish the Busan Future City Support Center next year and actively support future project procedures, including the designation of special maintenance zones.
