[2025-12-15]Ministry of Justice Holds Meeting to Improve Entry Convenience for Foreign Businesspeople

The Ministry of Justice (Minister Jeong Seong-ho) held a meeting with foreign chambers of commerce in Korea and major economic organizations on December 15 (Monday). The meeting aimed to improve the convenience of entry for foreign businesspeople.

The meeting was attended by major economic organizations such as the Korea Economic Association, Korea Federation of SMEs, Korea Employers Federation, Korea International Trade Association, Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Korea Federation of Small and Medium Businesses, Foreign Enterprises Association, and the American, Canadian, French, Australian, European, British, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and German Chambers of Commerce in Korea.

During the meeting, the participants shared the performance of the exclusive screening process for foreign companies and listened to improvement suggestions. This was aimed at finding ways to further streamline the entry procedures for foreign businesspeople.
