The Ministry of Justice has decided to operate additional regional Global Startup Immigration Centers in Chungcheongbuk-do and Busan to support capable foreigners who wish to start businesses in Korea.
The newly designated centers are the Chungbuk Bio-Industry Convergence Center and the Busan Technology Startup Investment Center, aimed at promoting foreign entrepreneurship in non-metropolitan areas.
Through this initiative, the Ministry of Justice expects to expand foreign entrepreneurship concentrated in the metropolitan area to the entire country and contribute to revitalizing the regional economy.
