The Ministry of Economy and Finance held the Global Carbon Market Investment Forum from Thursday, December 11 to Friday, December 12 at the Seoul Global Knowledge Cooperation Complex.
The forum was organized to explore investment opportunities in the international carbon market and to share related policies and technologies. Various experts and institutions participated to discuss the present and future of the carbon market.
The forum featured various sessions on carbon emissions trading systems, carbon reduction technologies, and international cooperation strategies. Participants shared cases from different countries and sought ways to collaborate.
Through this forum, the Ministry of Economy and Finance aims to strengthen Korea’s role in the international carbon market and promote international cooperation for sustainable development.
