They have introduced Family Day, which allows for one paid leave day per month, and remote work twice a week for all workers. They also conduct workshops on ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ to build an organizational culture that prevents discrimination.
Deputy Minister Kwon emphasized that all labor should be respected regardless of employment type and that true growth is possible when workplace rights are protected. He stated that the government would strengthen support for companies to establish the principle of equal pay for work of equal value and promote regular employment practices.
