The Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) held an ‘Innovation Management Performance Sharing Conference’ on the 16th at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Ulsan, with employees and the labor union participating. The event aimed to promote the establishment of an innovation culture throughout the organization and shared various excellent management innovation cases both internally and externally.
The event showcased ‘HRDK Value System Practice Best Cases’ and ‘Eum Junior Board Best Activity Cases’ to encourage the internalization of the value system among employees. It also shared innovation cases that actively responded to government policies and the changing external environment through exhibitions of award-winning works from the ‘AI Innovation and Safety Idea Contest,’ ‘Government Management Evaluation BP Contest,’ and ‘Public Communication Best Cases Contest.’
The exhibition space also provided AI-based interactive experience content for visitors, enhancing the immersion of the exhibition. Chairman Lee Woo-young stated, “The innovation achievements shared today are precious results of the field’s concerns and efforts,” and added, “We will continue to create a solid innovation culture within the organization for AI-based innovation and service changes that the public can feel.”
